Booking

Bookings are made online and become binding once Massage Studio confirms them by e-mail. You must be at least 18 years old to book.

Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment using the link in your confirmation e-mail. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Payment

Payment is made by the method chosen when booking, at the latest at the appointment.

House rules

• All sessions are massages. No sexual services are offered.
• Respectful behaviour is required. The therapist may end a session immediately and without refund if boundaries are not respected.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival shortens the session.
• Please inform the therapist of any health issues before the session.
• For visits (hotel/home) a safe, suitable place must be available.
