What we process

• Booking: name, e-mail, phone, appointment, place (for visits: address), payment method, optional note.
• Contact form: name, e-mail, optional phone and city, message.
• Technical: a pseudonymised form of your IP address for abuse protection (not stored in plain text).

Purpose and legal basis

We process these data to handle your booking or enquiry (performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps) and to protect the website against abuse (legitimate interest).

Cookies

Only technically necessary cookies are used: language, selected city and, if confirmed, the 18+ confirmation. No tracking, no advertising, no third-party content.

Recipients

Web hosting and e-mail delivery (Hostinger). Payment providers only if you use their payment link.

Retention

Personal data of bookings are anonymised automatically after 24 months, contact messages are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and object to processing. Write to hello@example.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
